Returns
- We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which typically range between $5-$15 USD.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@stepzshop.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Free Size Replacement
If you need a size replacement, we offer free size exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Contact support@stepzshop.com to initiate the exchange process.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved or not.
- If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@stepzshop.com.
